Fabienne Capone

Bonjour!
 
 
I was born and raised in France and always knew I wanted to become a teacher. I lived and attended school in Paris where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology (University of Paris 6) after two years at the Medical School. Afterwards, I attended the Institut Universitaire de Formation des Maîtres of Paris (IUFM) / Academic Institute for Teacher Training. 
 
Teaching is not only my profession but also my true passion.  I am proud to be a certified teacher and prior to coming to the States taught children from 2 to 10 years of age  in “maternelle” and elementary schools in Paris.
 
My husband’s career brought us to Connecticut in December 2007. Since then I’ve improved my English by immersion (like your children in French)!
 
Another passion of mine is literature from around the world. I love create my own pedagogic material. I can’t live without cinema and music (I play the piano).
 
Aux Trois Pommes has given me the opportunity to fulfill my passion for the French cultural and language and for the teaching. I am proud to be part of such a great team, where we all share the same goal: make learning a foreign language a fun, and exciting experience whether children or adults.
